  • Mood Board Design.

  • Budget planning before and during planning.

  • Preferred Vendor recommendations (venue, caterer, photographer, rentals, hair + makeup, cake, etc.).

  • Booking and attending vendor meetings upon request.

  • Negotiation and Review of all vendor contracts.

  • Assistance acquiring all decor.

  • Unlimited meetings.

  • 30 day walkthrough at venue to discuss and create timeline and event floor plan (will be communicated by Emerald & Elm events to all vendors)

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • Onsite coordinator presence at venue from first vendor arrival through clean up for wedding day

  • Includes Team for day of wedding

 

 

Starting at $7500 or 10% of total wedding budget
